Shipping Times and Tracking

Shipping times are as follows:

Canada, the United States, and Europe: 4 to 12 days
Other destinations: 2 to 8 weeks

Packages are often sent separately. If one part of your order arrives, the remaining items will follow shortly. If there is an error with the address, the package will be returned to us. We can either reship it or issue a refund; in either case, you will need to cover the equivalent of the shipping fees. Only sets of 3 or more series sent to Canada or the USA can be tracked. If you choose the Postal Letter option, tracking is not available.
